Q: How do I create a Tee Time alert?
A: Here is how you create a Tee Time Alert:
- Navigate to our Book Your Tee Time page and accept our tee time terms before proceeding to our online tee time booking engine.
- In the top left-hand corner of the page, click Set Alert.
- If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to log in before you can create an alert.
- Choose a desired date using the Date field.
- Select a time range for the alert using the Start and End fields.
- Select the number of golfers you would require.
- Choose between SMS and/or Email for Notification Preferences.
- An error message will display if you select SMS as your notification preference and no mobile number is on file for your account.
- An error message will display if you have opted out of Transactional SMS messages and are trying to select that option.
- Click Set Alert.
- A success message will appear once you create an alert, and the alert will populate the Tee Time Alerts page.
Managing Tee Time Alerts
- Click on your profile name in the top right-hand corner of the page and select Tee Time Alerts from the drop-down.
- If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to log in before being able to create an alert.
- You can edit or delete tee time alerts from this page.
Tee Time Alert FAQs
- Once a tee time matches your preferences, an alert will notify you.
- If multiple alerts are active and tee times for more than one alert show, one email will include all available alerts.
- Text alerts send one alert at a time due to character limit restrictions.
- You must be logged into the booking engine to create, view, edit, or delete alerts.
Q: During the winter months, how can I maintain my golf swing?
A: You don’t need hit a golf ball to improve your swing!
- Make practice swings with or without a golf club indoors. Keep muscles stretched and ready for spring
- Work with a mirror indoor to check grip, ball position and posture. For better posture, bend by pushing your hips back
- Practice putting on smooth carpet, work on 3-5 footers, lay a drinking cup on its side to act as a hole
- Basic stretches:
- Bend at the hips and touch your toes
- Get in a golf setup, hold a club behind your shoulders and turn your shoulders in both directions

- Evaluate your overall game to determine strengths and weaknesses
- Do your practice habits focus on your strengths or weaknesses? Focus on the weak points to gain the most improvement
- Seek drills/games that will help your weakness
- Schedule practice time. Make an appointment with yourself.
